Sashanna T. Marsden, a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 10 years of corporate experience, is the driving force behind BOAEX. Specializing in talent acquisition, Sashanna has a diverse background across industries including security & investigations, IT, finance, engineering, real estate, and retail. Her expertise spans resume writing, interview coaching, recruitment analytics, employee relations, leadership, and more. Resilient to her own odds, Sashanna dedicated herself to the development of BOAEX, with a mission to provide equitable solutions to serious jobseekers and ambitious employers.
